Nationwide collection of your stands, equipment and consumables from your business premises 24/7. Complete logistics management of stands, equipment and consumables on pre-notified event schedules or one off events.
Full storage of your stands, equipment, marketing materials, audio visual equipment and any other items required. This can be done on an ad-hoc basis or for the full duration of events.
Dedicated delivery to a single venue or multiple venues on a specified day/time. We deliver whatever you need on time to the venue.
Dcs events team will construct your equipment in a professional and timely manner to the specification provided. (Pop up stands, pull up banners, literature racks, branded giveaways, modular systems, folding panel kits, furniture, freestanding display stands, audio visual multimedia displays, poster displays and more.)
Once everything is set up as requested a text confirmation will be sent to your nominated on-site contact. Pictures of set up can also be emailed over as confirmation. Your staff then simply take over the stand ready to focus on what they do best. Restocking of consumables and support services during the event are available.
At the end of the event we return for the breakdown at the venue and pack up your stands, equipment and any leftover materials. A full inventory check is done.
Your stand, equipment and any leftover materials will be returned to your business premises or stored in our secure storage unit and then transported onto the next venue. A report will be supplied on equipment conditions and stock levels along with any issues relating to the set up and take down operation.
Sometimes we have more than one client exhibiting at the same venue/event. If this arises, and with full approval from all parties, Dcs Event Services can consolidate bookings and provide discounted rates.
